Sample Character Letter Community Service

life (Hereafter, 2010) Clint Eastwood.

The film tells the story of three people connected in one way or another, with the experience of death: George Lonegan (Matt Damon) has the psychic ability to connect with dead people, gift of trying to escape, as it is an obstacle to lead a normal life. Lelay Marie (Cécile De France) is a famous French journalist who almost died in the tsunami that devastated the coasts of Indonesia in 2004. Marcus (George McLaren / McLaren Frankie), meanwhile, is a child who is struggling to overcome the death of his twin brother.

One does not understand why a filmmaker from the likes of Clint Eastwood, author of some of the most important legacy by American films in recent decades, embarks on the implementation of projects so little challenging as the one now at hand: a disappointing and tasteless drama supernatural implications anxiety not entirely due to the skill and craftsmanship of someone who has a long years in this profession.

Peter Morgan's script, more like a desktop telefilm that production of these dimensions, surface sample and is consistent with quite a few topics in their empty reflection on the possibility of life beyond our passage through this world. The link of the three plots, developed in parallel, is weak and unconvincing, and when they finally converge, the story turns to the free indulgence.

The film has a good start with the scary and very accomplished string tsunami, but then becomes flat and predictable in its development.

Despite the comments, the film is saved by the serenity and the touch that Eastwood printed in the narrative. And in those characters adrift looking for affection and understanding, recognizing the signature of its author. As in the eastwoodianos and sinister plan that highlight interior painful loneliness. There are moments when the spark the teacher looks, and only for them and it's worth giving a chance to this paragon of imperfections.

actors play in the characterization of characters not too attractive and rather wasted in some cases, like the one played by Dallas Howard.

In conclusion: a lower band, however, be seen by the always excellent work behind the scenes by the director. Next time.

Rating: passable with points of interest.
